SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

To return your product, please mail it to: Patrick Kunz, Neuhofstrasse 40, 6345 Neuheim, Switzerland.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive. Please be patient with us.

Return & Exchange Policy

You are welcome to return items at your own expense. For this we ask for a previous announcement to patrick@pkcollective.com.

Our policy is for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret we cannot offer a definitive refund or exchange.

For a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Please leave the tags on the product if possible.

SALE items cannot be returned.

Before returning a product, please notify us by email with your order number and name. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send them an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

EXCHANGE (if applicable).

Of course we will exchange defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, please email us at patrick@pkcollective.com. Once we confirm the exchange, you can send your item back to us. Also include your order number, first and last name when shipping.
